After creating a free account and completing your profile, navigate to your dashboard and click "Post a New Project." Fill in the project details including trade category, location, budget range, and timeline.

Licenses are checked against state records in NC, LA, TX (A/C and electrical only), WA, OR and VA. Virginia and North Carolina licenses are checked automatically. Our team reviews the rest.

General Contractors can start on the Free plan ($0/month for 1 active project) or upgrade to Growth ($99/month, or $79/month billed annually, for up to 5 active projects) or Pro ($199/month, or $159/month billed annually, for unlimited active projects). General Contractors pay $0 in platform transaction fees. For Subcontractors, creating a profile and applying to projects is free; a platform transaction fee is deducted from milestone payouts based on the Subcontractor's plan: Free 5%, Growth 2.5%, Pro 1%.

Go to your dashboard, select the project, and click "Manage Applications" to view, shortlist, and hire from submitted applications.

Browse available projects on the Projects page or receive smart-matched recommendations. Click on a project to view details and submit your application with a cover message and proposed amount.

Yes, once you apply to a project or are hired, you can communicate directly with the GC through our secure messaging system.

After a project is completed, the general contractor can leave a review of your work. These reviews build your reputation score and help you win future projects.
